Architectural Review - Responsible for overseeing the overall appearance of our neighborhood in
conjunction with our Covenants and Restrictions.

All changes made to exteriors of homes must have prior approval!

Clubhouse - We are responsible for the care and maintenance of the Clubhouse.

Grounds - Grounds Committee is charged with maintaining and enhancing the common areas and
community resources.

Nature Preserve - Our 50+ Acre preserve is maintained and improved by this committee
