The Undersigned hereby agree(s) to occupy the Bailiwyck Clubhouse on ________ (date) for the sum of $100.00 per day or part thereof, payable in advance. Rental cancellation must be made within 1 month of the rental date in order to receive refund of rental fee. The last day to cancel and receive refund is _________ (date) by 9pm.

As a condition to use the Clubhouse, the undersigned agree(s) to :

1. Provide an additional $150.00 as damage deposit, which is refundable if, after use, no loss or damage has occurred according to rule number 7 of the Bailiwyck HOA Clubhouse Use Rules and as determined by the Clubhouse Committee of the Bailiwyck Homeowners Association;

2. Obey all the laws of the State of South Carolina, including those pertaining to the consumption of alcohol, and agree to the Rules for Use of the Bailiwyck Clubhouse as per attached;

3. Be responsible for any damages to the Clubhouse, including but not limited to, its exterior, pool deck, grounds, interior, furniture, fixtures and equipment, carpet and loss of key;

4. Hold the Bailiwyck Community Homeowners Association harmless for any damage/injury incurred in conjunction with the clubhouse use and be aware that Bailiwyck HOA assumes no responsibility for any guests injuries or personal property damages which are incurred during or as a consequence of any rental of the clubhouse, furthermore Bailiwyck HOA assumes no liability for any actions or behaviors which guests engage in during or as a consequence of any rental. The renter is expected to supervise the activities of all their guests including children. Renter is expected to remain at the clubhouse for the duration of the rental.
